This project improves and expands surveillance of child maltreatment in Wake County, NC, by developing a surveillance system and exploring potential linkages between existing systems. The project includes partnering with Wake County agencies to assess current data, identify data gaps and implement changes that could serve as the basis for a comprehensive ongoing child maltreatment prevention surveillance system in Wake County.
