Robert Foss, Ph.D. is Senior Research Scientist at HSRC, Adjunct Professor of Maternal and Child Health and Lecturer in Health Behavior and Health Education. Since coming to UNC in 1993, his research has focused primarily on factors contributing to the high crash rates of teenage drivers and the role of alcohol in transportation-related injury.
