The purpose of this award is to provide support for students with demonstrated interest in using data in injury prevention. Awards of $1,000.00 will be made in 2015. Complete the attached form to nominate yourself or someone else.
Submissions from a diverse range of academic disciplines are encouraged, including Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Social Work, and the college of Arts and Sciences.
Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply. Self-nominations welcome & encouraged!
