Community Liaison

Colin is the Community Liaison within the Opioid Data Lab Team (OpioidData.org). He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the UNC Street Drug Checking program. In his role, he works closely with local and national harm reduction groups, drug user unions, health departments and other agencies that serve people who use drugs [PWUD]. He has extensive experience in harm reduction program management, development, implementation, and evaluation and has experience working in both health departments/Government and community-based organizations.
